*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. This rental includes only the daylight basement. The main and upper floors are not included and may be occupied by other guests.
Other Disclosure
*. Steps disclosure: The entrance is located at the back of the house, through the backyard. Please note that there is a slope in the backyard.
*. AC Disclosure: There is central AC but controlled by upstairs unit.
*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests in the upstairs unit, so some noise is possible. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay. There is a door that connects the upstairs and the downstairs unit, which remains locked and it's only unlocked for guests who book the whole house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

My husband and I had a great time at Allen’s place. The check in was smooth and Allen was always responsive. Location is great, neighborhood is great too. Overall great experience. The only thing that I would suggest is to have some standard spices like salt and pepper. Check out was smooth too. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have a quiet place to rest after a very long trip from Portugal. We enjoyed the view, the location and the amenities provided. Allen was wonderful to work with and a lovely host. If you like quiet and a nice view this a wonderful place. Christina

This was a cozy spot for a couples trip to Seattle. We had initially booked another place near downtown and were extremely disappointed. We booked this spot the day of and the host was very responsive to our reservation request. The kitchen is very clean and functional. Could use more utensils and basic seasonings, but this is a minor observation during our stay. Overall, very pleased with the property, location, and amenities.
