* Step disclosure: 3 stories townhome, need to be very comfortable with stairs
* AC disclosure: There are 2 mini split AC, 1 AC on the 3rd floor, another 1 AC on the 2nd floor living room. There is no AC in the two bedrooms on the 1st floor. Fans are provided.
* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.View More

FAMILY TIME
Great home plenty of room for my family. Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to doing it again. Great modern townhouse with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The living and kitchen area a smal but nice. great location with a.dedicated parking spot which is needed in seattle We ran into several issues at this property. The AC unit wasn’t working properly. It was 88 when we got there and never got under 78 during our entire stay. The crib mattress was missing, stovetop didn’t work, and our feet were black after a few minutes of walking around barefoot. Allen was responsive to my messages but not helpful at all, and he wanted me to do all the troubleshooting and working through issues with the instruction manuals. They called me repeatedly asking me to try different things to see if they would work instead of having someone come out. This is a property that was purchased specifically for turning it into an Airbnb for a quick profit with little to no thought put into guest needs.
