Our family friendly home is right next to the famous BG trial.
The focal point is the spacious living room with 15 feet high ceiling, wet bar, and abundant natural light. it’s designed for you to relax.

*. Steps disclosure: 4 stairs at entrance. This is a 4 stories single family house and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs.
*. AC Disclosure: 1 mini split AC in the master bedroom on the top floor. No other AC but only tower fans are provided in the house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Great place for alot of people. We had 4 adults and 4 kids with beds for everyone. One of the rooms was listed as a king size but it's only a queen, not a big deal for us. The large table by the kitchen was a great hangout place and we played card games every night. Cool architecture & well equipped house. Excellent neighborhood and reasonably convenient drive to downtown & surrounding National Parks. Should note that there are a lot of stairs, so it's best suited for people with good mobility. Love the view. Disappointed for not having ac in the lower levels. It was warm and the fans are not enough cooling. Also slow internet on top and lower floors. Suggestion to have extended Wifi since this is a big house. Not enough tissues offered. Master pillow has an odor, suggestion to have pillow cover protector to prevent sweat or odor seeping into the pillow.
