*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house and prohibited in the yard. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Allens's place was a great locatiom for my husband and I. Street parking was easy as was getting into the house. It was private and felt secure. Every area was spotless, plenty of hot water. We spent a week there and found him responsive to our needs. Danielle

Quiet, peaceful, and brand new. You can tell the place is very thoughtfully done in terms of check-in and overall setup. Allen is an excellent communicator and host. Would definitely book again. Absolutely amazing quiet little place EXACTLY as described and pictured. Outstanding host whom goes out of their way to accommodate your every need.<br/>Very highly recommended and we will be back! <br/>Thanks for the great time! Fantastic communication, very prompt.
