*. Steps disclosure: There are 10 steps of stair at the entrance. The stair from main floor to 2nd floor is steep. You need to be comfortable with stair to stay here.
*. AC Disclosure: The upper bedroom is equipped with a mini-split AC unit for efficient cooling. On the main floor, both bedrooms have window AC units to ensure comfort during warmer months.
*. Parking : There are 2 assigned outdoor parking spots in the back of the house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

The home was nice inside and as advertised. The hosts were responsive to our needs and quickly responded to questions. My advice to future renters is to be prepared that there are quite a few sketchy people in the alleyway next to the house. A motorhome has squatted in the back of the neighboring boarded up house. A lot of foot traffic in the alley late into the night trips the floodlights, shining into the master bedroom. We felt fairly secure inside at night, but worried a bit about our vehicles. If you rent this house you will be very pleased with it once you are inside. C

Host very responsive. Great kitchen utensils and items for onsite cooking. Roomy area for sleeping, eating together, and games. Close proximity to groceries, church, etc. J
