*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
While the dock is private, we share this with one neighboring family behind our home. They occationally come in holidays and during the summer the access the lake. They are very friendly and great neighbors!

*. Steps disclosure: 2 steps at the entrance. 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom are on the main floor.
*. AC Disclosure: Central AC.
*. Backyard dock: The dock is shared by 1 neighbor who live next to us. They may come to enjoy it occasionally.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

Exterior security cameras on property
House was as nice as the photos. View of the water from the master bedroom was an unexpected highlight. As noted in another review, we did experience some electrical issues in the upstairs bathrooms but the host was extremely responsive and we resolved the matter in no time. Secluded, but within a short drive of some nice food options Including a great donut shop about three minutes away and a nice Italian spot for dinner 8–10 minutes away. Very comfortable for six people. House was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay Daniel

Second time at the property and it was great again. Absolutely beautiful spot! The house is beautiful inside and out. Very special to be on the water. Love the decor and the layout of the house is great with high ceilings. The beds are very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again. It is the perfect city oasis!
