* There are two assigned parking spots. One spot on the side, another spot in the front of the house. Free street parking is easily available nearby.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Allen communicated with me during check in and while I was staying. I had a great time staying. It was a great stay! The hosts pretty much made everything super easy for us. Definitely will book again:) The property itself was clean and well-maintained. However, communication was a challenge. <br/>We attempted to extend our stay, but an Airbnb technical error caused a 36-hour delay, and the unit was booked by someone else. We ended up having to book a different unit nearby for the next few days. While the technical glitch wasn't the host's fault, the subsequent communication was. Allen agreed to a 7 PM late checkout without a formal extension. However, at 9 PM the night before we were set to leave, he sent a surprise $200 charge for that checkout. Because of this last-minute change, we had to move our luggage at midnight and check into a hotel. It was a stressful end to the stay.
