*. Stairs disclosure: There are three steps at the entrance. It’s a 3 stories townhouse and it may not be suitable for guests with concerns climbing stairs.
*. Parking Disclosure: One assigned off-street parking spot is available on the side of the building.
*. AC Disclosure: There are 3 Mini-Split AC in the house. (1 in Living Room, 2 in Each Bedroom)
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

The House is just terrific. Had a family of four, with various people working on/off over a 7 days. The neighborhood is vibrant, and you can walk to pretty much anything you need. Fremont is also a slightly longer walk, and it as anything you could want. People biked and ran on the Burke Gilman trail. Splendid. Great host that was very responsive to any questions I had. Gave us a flexible check in too which is always awesome! T

Nice to have a parking spot but don’t get too large of a vehicle.Place was comfortable but needs a few things: more variety of towels, more cookware, and cooking utensils for longer stays. Good location for Fremont area and not far from UW. Jeremy
