Other Disclosure:
1. Step disclosure – 4 steps at the entrance. Our unit is on the first floor.
2. AC disclosure: There is mini-split AC in the bedroom and living room.
3. Parking disclosure: One-spot in the parking lot.
4. Noise disclosure: This building is located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Please expect some noise from the street and the unit above. Light sleepers may consider using earplugs for a more restful experience.
5. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
6. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
7. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
8. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Allen is a fantastic and communicative host. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. His home had all the amenities that I needed for my 3-night stay, and is in the beautiful Queen Anne neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again. A good choice if you want to explore Seattle downtown area such as space needle. Around 15 mins walk without worrying parking! Great location with parking included. Walkable for Lake Union, Space Needle, and Pike Place. Fun Bruce Lee decor with conveniences of home. Allen was very responsive and professional. Highly recommend for your Seattle stay. Super cute place to stay. Easy to find and the parking spot was incredibly helpful. The living space was comfortable and had a very cute Keurig coffee/tea set up. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, fantastic pillows and mattress topper. The shower heads in the bathroom were luxurious and there were even cotton balls/rounds and floss in little jars on the counter. Allen was extraordinarily helpful and responsive as we had a private chef coordinated to cook for us while we stayed. Truly a wonderful host!
