Other Disclosure:
1. Step disclosure – 4 steps at the entrance. Our unit is on the first floor.
2. AC disclosure: There is mini-split AC in the bedroom and living room.
3. Parking disclosure: One-spot in the parking lot.
4. Noise disclosure: This building is located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Please expect some noise from the street and the unit above. Light sleepers may consider using earplugs for a more restful experience.
5. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
6. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
7. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
8. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Great place close to downtown. The Bruce Lee theme was killer. Very clean and newly updated with a modern touch. Great stay! If you like Bruce Lee, you'll love Allen's place. The unit was clean when we arrived but it lacked extra toilet paper, hand soap, and wash towels for the bathroom. We felt that these items should have been available when when checked in the first day. When we brought these issues up to Allen via the Airbnb app, he was quick to respond and ordered what we needed. <br/>The Airbnb unit is within easy walking distance to the bus stop, Seattle Center, and QFC (grocery store). We will definitely consider the Bruce Lee apartment the next time we're visiting Seattle. Jessica

I booked Allen's place for one night and it was great. Free parking and walking distance to the arena! We will definitely stay here again if we are in Seattle. Overall, had a wonderful stay. Allen's place is very conveniently located and walkable. The place itself is beautiful, vibrant and I really appreciated the themed decor - gave the place an unmistakable vibe. Allen was extremely responsive and made it a point to check in routinely. Would love to stay here again given a chance!
