1. Step disclosure – 4 steps at the entrance. Our unit is on the first floor.
2. AC disclosure: There is mini-split AC in the bedroom and living room.
3. Parking disclosure: One-spot in the parking lot.
4. Noise disclosure: This building is located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Please expect some noise from the street and the unit above. Light sleepers may consider using earplugs for a more restful experience.
5. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
6. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
7. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
8. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

This place was great. Great location, clean, well equipped, exactly what I expected. Would definitely stay again. This was my first time booking an Airbnb and let me say that I was quite pleased. I’ve heard negative stories but Allen made our stay worth it! He was very communicative and understanding. The place was super beautiful and spotless. Nothing negative to say about him or the place. I had an absolutely amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. Every detail was so thoughtful — from the cozy touches to the clear, friendly communication throughout my stay. The location was perfect and the space felt peaceful, private, and truly welcoming.<br/>The host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and it really made a difference. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway. Truly a 5-star experience!
