We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. 6. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm. 7. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500. 8.
