The home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. There is no access to the garage as the owner used it as personal storage (we provide off-street parking on the driveway). Just notice there’s around 10 steps at the stair before the entrance.

*. Parking : No garage parking as it’s used as owner’s storage. There is a big room to park on the driveway. Big enough for RV or multiple cars
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
