There is no kitchen. You can take a break from cooking and enjoy all the amazing dining options in the area. No in-unit washer/dryer. Owner could help with laundry twice per week.

Other things to note
*. Steps Disclosure: The entrance is located at the back of the house, through the backyard. Please note that there is a slope in the backyard.
*. AC Disclosure: There is central AC but controlled by upstairs unit.
*. Noise Disclosure: The owner lives upstairs, so you may occasionally hear noise from above.
*. Laundry Disclosure: There is NO in-unit washer/dryer. However, a optional weekly maid service available to take care of your laundry and clean the unit once a week at an additional $90/week.
*. No Kitchen Disclosure: There is NO kitchen in this unit.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($199), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($2,000). Exterior security cameras on property
We had a longer stay than usual but this spot was just what we needed. Just as pictured, felt like home it was very clean, private, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I even was delayed in checking out because of work issues and he was kind and flexible. Amazing for short or long stays! The only downside was there was not a full kitchen and an in unit laundry.
They did offer laundry service, but that was extra cost. I only mention it as we stayed for longer than we usually do. If you go for a weekend or just a short stay, we would not need laundry.
It worked out fine as we had family in the area.
