* The basement area is not included with the reservation. There is a long-term tenant who occupies the basement, he has a private entrance

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

This was a good place to stay. It was overall comfortable, with some drawbacks that were noticeable but relatively minor. I will note that the host company uses a check-in program outside of Airbnb, which seems like it shouldn't be allowed.<br/>Pros: Large space, comfortable beds, responsive host, seemed clean, decently stocked, good value<br/>Cons: Shabbier than photos show, broken oven, low quality cookware, some rooms lacked conveniences like bedside lamps, no rugs in rooms, poorly located outlets - bring extension cords!, the host company used a separate check-in program which feels less secure and is annoying Charming home in the UW district, within walking distance to campus. Felt very safe, cozy, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. Host was very informative and responsive. Very accommodating. Wonderful stay! We had a wonderful time in this beautiful 1924 house. Having grown up in a similar house in the same neighborhood, it really made Christmas feel like home. Cowan park is nearby, with great trails for long hikes, and of course there are many options for craft coffee. Definitely would come back if the opportunity affords Matthew
