*. Steps disclosure: 2 steps at the entrance.
*. AC Disclosure: No AC but only tower fan is provided.
*. Noise Disclosure: The owner lives in the upstairs unit, so some noise is possible. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($25), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($250). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

My niece and I stayed at Allen's place for our very first trip to Seattle. It was exactly as described. My favorite amenity was having on-site parking since I rented a car to explore Seattle. The location was perfect. It was centrally located to most everything that we wanted to do and see. We were always 15-30 minutes from where we went. The coffee shops nearby were excellent. Allen was incredibly kind and responsive as a host. I truly appreciated everything about this place. Will definitely attempt to book this place when we return to explore more parks, local and national. Suzanah

Allen’s place was just as pictured, clean and comfortable. Allen was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and it was nice to not have to worry about finding parking. <br/>We will definitely book again when in the area. Michael

Well accommodating and easy to use place. Hosts communicate easily with any questions. 5 stars The space is good, maybe just okay. Needs some touch up work. Flexible check in, parking, and easy entry were great. <br/>Lack of AC was very noticeable in early Sept. I felt like I was constantly trying to cool the space off.
