We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
We install a Ring security camera in the parking area to make sure guests checking in smoothly.

Amenities
We stayed at Lynnwood, unit B over a weekend. Great location, but our stay was not a great experience. First there was the issue of “fragrance”. I reached out to Allen before our stay and told him I could not be around fragrances due to my health. He assured me that this would not be a problem. I found oil scented sticks and scented soaps. During our stay I asked Allen for tea towels, tissue and a broom and dust pan for the broken glass I found in the bathroom. His solution was to order these items from Amazon and have the packages delivered to our unit. I received the tea towels and broom and dust pan the next day! As for the tissue, he told me that he doesn’t do tissues. Also, my husband noticed there was only one way to get in and out of the place, no fire extinguisher in the kitchen, and only one smoke alarm located in the bedroom. Although the place looked clean I wonder as I found a brown smear on the bath towel and tiny shards of glass on the bathroom floor. The place was easy to find, and I absolutely loved all the amenities. Allen and the team were very responsive, which made a big difference. The only downside was that there wasn’t a washer and dryer in the unit, but the team quickly helped me find a solution, which I really appreciated. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider renting this place again the next time I’m in town. Thank you, Allen! A great place, Very clean house and a safe neighborhood. Allen was very responsive and was kind enough to allow us an early check in and a late Check out.
The location is perfect, couple blocks away from Walmart and Fred Meyer and Restaurants.
I highly recommend this place and would definitely go back again.
