*. Step Disclosure：There are two entrance to the house. There is no step at the upper level front door entrance, but there is a long slope in the lower level back door entrance. The upper level floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, kitchen and laundry area
*. Parking Disclosure：Guests could Park 1 car in Garage, 2-3 Additional Cars on the Driveway. Free Street Parking is also Available.
*. AC Disclosure：The house features 1 mini-split AC unit located in the living room on the upper level. There is no AC in the bedrooms and in the lower level. Fans are provided.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*.Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

We were very happy with our stay! The house was perfect and clean! The location was perfect! We would book again! Nice location. Nice views. The separate basement apartment style set up was ideal.<br/>Only feedback I’d add is the property is advertised as high end or luxury, and while it is nice, the furnishings and remodel of the home were done with very cheap materials. The wall paint is chalky flat white that gets dirty and scuffs easily. The kitchen cabinet trim is already coming off. The furniture is very cheap and already breaking. <br/>I can see the design aesthetic they were going for as it pulls together well, but if you’re looking for high end, this isn’t the place.<br/>Allen did communicate very well though, which we appreciated since there were a few hiccups at check in.
