*. The rental doesn't include the basement and it may be occupied by other guests. There is a door that connects the upstairs and the downstairs unit, which remains locked and it's only unlocked for guests who book the whole house.

*. AC Disclosure: Central AC in the house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Location and view was great. House is tired due to poor maintenance. Sadly, the best view was obscured because the window seals are broken. The dishwasher was visibly broken on arrival - had to have a new one installed. Repairs needed for the broiler. Property management did not know there was no inside door to access garage - after getting access to garage, it was too narrow to park in. We confirmed pre-booking the garage parking. <br/>Timely response to all requests, but overall the property needs a lot of maintenance. Cheryl

Everything was perfect for myself and my family. We had five people there and there was enough of everything. The kitchen is fully stocked. It was like being at home. It was so close to where I needed to be. Allen was always responsive kind, and friendly. Having family in the area I definitely will book again. Wonderful place in a wonderful area. Having one bathroom was a little tough but the view made it worth it. This place would be INCREDIBLE if it had a hot tub ;) Thank you, Allen, we had a great time. Katherine

This rental in the Queen Anne area of Seattle has stellar views. Everything was in excellent working order. When I mentioned to the host that the mattress was a bit too firm, he instantly ordered and delivered a brand new thick mattress cover to soften things up. Very kind. Very responsive. <br/>When in town I would rent this home again. Highly recommend.
