Guest access
You have exclusive access to the upper unit, including front yard, and everyplace you seen in the pictures. You could enjoy it without interruption for the duration of your stay. However, you don't have access to the back yard where is the entrance for the lower unit.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). Amenities
Clean and cozy if somewhat basic. Exactly what you expect. My wife and I stayed for three nights with our toddler and really enjoyed our time. The layout is really nice for an active little one, and there were toys and crayons for him to play with. The rooms are spacious and well set up and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing that was a bit of surprise was that there were people staying in a unit below us, and we could hear them a bit. The units are completely private and separated, and it felt like a standalone house, but there was some noise. One bonus was the extra-large bath! <br/>The owners were very responsive, respectful, and easy to communicate with. We had no issues come up with communication. <br/>We really enjoyed how close of a walk it was to Met Market as well as a toddler-friendly park. Overall it was a 5-Star experience and we are saving this place for future visits. I was offered a discount to leave a 5 star review and normally I’d love to leave one. The couch felt like sitting on a padded bench. The bathroom had a dried up Terro ant trap with ants around it, clearly the bathroom floor or rug hadn’t been cleaned in some time. It was directly in front of the bathtub, not tucked away. Parking is tight here. We decided to leave early. Hopefully the host will make these minor improvements for the next guests.
