- There are 2 portable AC units, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, the building doesn't have central AC.
Guest access
Panoramic views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound are available from the building's rooftop terrace. We have a barbecue pit with tables and chairs. Drinking wine or coffee while overlooking the water is an excellent way to spend an afternoon or evening. A great place to watch the ferries sail in and out, as well as admire the sunset.
There's also a European courtyard with fountains and hummingbirds if you're looking for some peace and quiet after all the hustle and bustle of city life and sight-seeing.
There is no charge for parking in this well-lit and well-guarded garage. The elevator will take you straight to your apartment! The availability of free or on-site parking is uncommon because it is so expensive in Seattle.
There is a swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness center, and a club room available.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). Great place in a great spot walkable to all the main attractions and plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Host and the person who met us for check in was extremely helpful and friendly! This is a great location in Seattle. Getting around from here is very easy. The apartment has some wear and tear, and could really use some paint touchup, but it had everything we needed and the beds were good. The check-in process was a tiny bit odd because you have to meet one of the hosts representatives to get access to the parking garage when you arrive, but once we got in, everything was easy, and having the secure parking garage was really nice. The building was quiet and well furnished.<br/>We would definitely book this home again! Shirley

Allen was great about communicating, small hiccup with early check in, but was solved. would love to stay here again if im in Seattle!
