*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

The only thing I can be a bit nit picky on was the over communication. I'm not a fan of being messaged multiple times throughough the day with three different platforms with two of them also sending me e-mails. I'd get five different notifications sometimes with one message. It got a little annoying, but not enough to drop a star. otherwise, I have nothing to complain about. I'd definitely stay here again Spencer

Allen was a good host and the home was clean and well-appointed, however the home has severe mold issues and you will probably become very sick if you stay here (as we did).<br/>The master suite is lower than the rest of the house and has a persistent mildew/mold smell that I ignored. The whole house smells slightly dank, but it's much stronger in the master suite. Once we turned on the heat after a rain, I got terrible allergy/flu symptoms that worsened over several weeks. I swapped sheets, replaced the furnace filter, nothing helped. It improved only when we moved out of the master suite, opened the windows, and sealed it off.<br/>We shortened our reservation and are feeling much better since arriving at a mold-free home. It's night and day (and we don't have many sensitivities; this caught us off guard).<br/>Please confirm that a mold-removal specialist has cleared the home before you reserve. Until then this home should probably be delisted from AirBNB as it's a significant health hazard. Very spacious, nicely done, new and clean. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was great. Host was responsive. Would definitely stay there again. Arnold Miguel

Seven adults stayed nine nights for a UW graduation and to explore Seattle and surroundings. The home is in a quiet, green neighborhood—great for morning runs and near groceries, restaurants, and fast food. Easy drive to downtown and UW. Driveway fit our extra-large SUV and could fit another large vehicle. The backyard with string lights and Adirondack chairs was inviting. House felt spacious, with most of the layout on one level, good for a guest with mobility needs. Bedrooms were comfortable and varied, accommodating different needs and preferences. Three issues: one bathroom lacked a window covering, the bedroom smoke alarm was too sensitive to steam, and hot water ran short for our group. No A/C, which was fine in mild weather but could matter in summer. Host Allen was responsive—installed window treatment quickly, delivered a steamer (though one was later found in kitchen cabinet), and honored early check-in/late check-out when possible. We'd stay again. Highly recommend!
