You have exclusive access to the basement in the lower level, including a very spacious living room, a full bathroom, a very spacious bedroom with 1 queen size beds, the shared laundry room, deck with spa, and all the spaces you see in the pictures. You could enjoy it without interruption for the duration of your stay. However, you don't have access to the upper level which is occupied by the owner.

*. Steps disclosure: The entrance is located at the back of the house, through the backyard. Please note that there is a slope in the backyard.

*. Noise Disclosure: The owner lives upstairs, so you may occasionally hear noise from above.
*. For the best experience and to help keep the hot tub in great condition, please remove makeup and rinse off any lotions or body oils before use — these can clog the pump.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Great stay. Loved the space and was as described. It was clean and really liked being close to Juanita Beach park and downtown Kirkland. Nice quiet street too. Allen was super responsive. Only reason I selected 4 was a few small things like you don’t know what the temperature is in the space bc the heater doesn’t show that and other than the heater in the bedroom it was initially unclear how to heat the rest of the space until we had help from the host (who was very responsive). There are no bowls or spoons which was misleading since the listing showed dishes included and the owner upstairs did the laundry pretty late into the evening one night when I was finishing work. This is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in by far. I was in the middle of a move and they were very helpful with finding places to keep everything in the midst of our move! Very responsive and super clean house. The air fryer was amazing since there isn’t an oven or a stove. Jeffrey
