We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

Well-finished, clean, renovated small house with lots of light in quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a couple (or 3 people). Loved the office/second bedroom with standup desk and extra monitor for getting work done. Comfortable bed. Well-equipped kitchen. Several good restaurants within 15 minute walk. Would definitely stay there again. This was a great place to stay. It fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Joanna

Very comfortable bedding, spacious, and clean Airbnb! Stayed here for the third time and will stay again when in the area. Enough said! :-)
