*. Noise disclosure: This building is in the heart of downtown Seattle. Please expect some noise from the street and the unit below.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). In the heart of the city, it’s a small, cozy oasis. Near Seattle Center, Queen Anne and 99, we were able to walk, drive and Uber wherever we need to be. But the best part is curling up in the cuteness of this place. Well lit, great fireplace and no road noise. In Seattle! I know, right? And it had super safe parking. Just an absolute gem. Justin

If you are looking for a place in Seattle this is the one. Allen’s place was easy to get to, clean, and made for a great point to explore everything we wanted. And it also had parking which is HUGE in some parts of the city. Very responsive host and zero issues with check in or check out. If we are back again and Allen’s place is available we would def rebook! Great place we loved it ! This was a very pretty home. Very modern in every way with all the conveniences anyone would want. The host was very informative and once inside the home, it was very clear how to use the appliances and amenities. <br/>Again, it’s a very special home and having parking in Seattle right outside is a truly unique and wonderful convenience. <br/>Walked to Seattle Center arena from the home in under 10 minutes.
