*. Step Disclosure：This is a three-story townhouse.There are eight steps at the entrance. Therefore please make sure you're comfortable with climbing!.
*. Parking Disclosure：Guests could Park 1 car on the back side of the house. Free Street Parking is also Available.
*. AC Disclosure：The house features 3 mini split AC in total. 1 AC in the living room and the other 2 AC units in both bedrooms in the upper level. There is no AC in the lower level.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Loved our stay, will be back in the future! The place is very clean and accommodates well for us ( 3 adult and 2 kids). Plenty of towels and linens for bed. The separation of the bedroom between 1st and 3rd floor really help. Check out instruction is also very simple. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Very friendly and responsive host. Easy stay highly recommend. בית טורי, שני חדרי שינה בקומה העליונה וחדר בקומת מרתף. יחידה חמודה ומאובזרת. חדישה, נקייה. המטבח קטן אך הספיק להכנת ארוחת בוקר.
