*. Step Disclosure：This is a three-story townhouse.There are eight steps at the entrance. Therefore please make sure you're comfortable with climbing!.
*. Parking Disclosure：Guests could Park 1 car on the back side of the house. Free Street Parking is also Available.
*. AC Disclosure：The house features 3 mini split AC in total. 1 AC in the living room and the other 2 AC units in both bedrooms in the upper level. There is no AC in the lower level.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Very much enjoyed our stay with Allen in his very well appointed townhouse. Clean and fresh with plenty of supplies. Allen was very responsive to questions. The location was very convenient. Lovely neighborhood. Will stay again when visiting West Seattle. Very clean! Our son lives down the block. We were visiting over Christmas. West Seattle is the cutest neighborhood. Great walk ability, historical and charming homes and close to the water taxi that takes you across the water to Seattle. Highly recommend. Gustavo

amazing place, close to great restaurants Honestly. I was surprised how inexpensive this space was. He could charge more but glad he isn’t. We’ll be back for sure.
