*. AC Disclosure：The house features 3 mini split AC in total. 1 AC in the living room and the other 2 AC units in both bedrooms in the upper level. There is no AC in the lower level.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.View More

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed the space. Would stay here again! Clean and nice house. Had everything we needed. Allen was always responsive and quick to resolve issues. Nice neighbourhood, easy to get around with many good eateries nearby. The walk to the beach in the mornings were very nice. Will surely come back if we visit Seattle again. thank you for everything. This was a great place to stay on Alki. We’re within walking distance (about 15 minutes) of the main road with a ton of delicious restaurants and a 20 minute Uber drive to downtown. And you can walk down to the beach or even rent a scooter to get where you need to go. Overall, it was a cute spot with a cozy feel in a walkable neighborhood that is hard to come by. Really enjoyed our stay!
