*. Step Disclosure: There is no step at the entrance of the building. There is an elevator leading to our unit on the 2nd floor and there is a fright of stair in the unit to the upper-level loft.
*. AC Disclosure: There is one portable AC in the unit.
*. Parking Disclosure: 1 designated garage parking (No.30). Free street parking only from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The building garage entrance is in the back of the building.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). Great place to stay in the heart of the city. Extremely easy to commute to from the airport by taking the metro. Easy walk to Pike, the ferries, and tons of restaurants and bars nearby. <br/>It does get noisy at night as the living room window overlooks the alley where the parking garage gate is. <br/>The little courtyard garden is quiet and a nice place to spend the mornings but it can be a little more cool as it’s completely shaded and doesn’t get much sun. We absolutely loved staying here! The loft space is gorgeous and its so nice to have standing room upstairs and a real staircase. Lots of amenities and very good location. The free parking is a huge benefit too! Great place, very convenient with restaurants and bars close by. There is a constant hum from the heater or something in the building but i liked the ambient noise.
