*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

I have only praise for this getaway. Everything was spotless, the host responded immediately, and the neighborhood was beautiful!!! The home was more than we expected from the photos. The rooms were spacious and the bedding choice was perfect for our teenagers. The exercise equipment was a great added feature! We would definitely book again. We left a personal item behind and the host answered my call and helped us retrieve our item the same day. Very nice! Allens Airbnb is good! The place is very convenient, peaceful, and nice. The house itself can house families. Definitely recommend it if u want a convenient place to stay on your strip to Seattle… close to the airport, and 20 or 30 minute drives close to downtown or surrounding areas. Good stay, some issues with check in and previous guests.
