Perfect location
We stayed in this 1-bedroom rental for a long weekend of soccer games at 60 Acres. The space was very spacious and clean, with two comfortable queen beds that easily accommodated our group of 2 adults and 2 teens. The large kitchen was fully equipped and made meals super easy. The unit is attached to the owner's house, but still felt very private and quiet. The location is great and felt like we were close to everything that we needed. Allen’s place was a great fit for us as 2 adults and 2 kids, was in great walkable neighborhood, Allen was quick to respond to any queries we had.The place was fairly clean and provided all amenities we needed, washer and dryer with 2 kids was great.The place shares a wall with main house but it still felt private and we didn’t hear others. Allen was also great enough to extend our check out time!<br/>Only suggestion is to add a full size mirror , but overall great stay! The place is very clean and close to restaurants. Easy check in and Allen was very nice, friendly and responded to our messages very quickly.
I highly recommend this place! Great location with plenty of options for walks right from the door. Kitchen was great with everything you would need for an extended stay. We loved all the coffee options. The two queen beds offer variety with one soft and other perfect medium firm. Bathroom amenities were fabulous. Highly recommend!
