We install a Ring security camera in the parking area to make sure guests checking in smoothly. It’s a 5 units apartment building. Every unit is completely private.
*. Step Disclosure: There is no step at the entrance.
*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests staying in the unit above. You may hear noise from the unit above occasionally.
*. Parking Disclosure: You have one designated parking spaces next to the building. Free street parking is also easily available. See details in house manual link. There is also a parking space with EV outlet in front of building that is shared by this building. Feel free to use it if needed.
*. AC Disclosure: There is one mini-split AC in the living room. There is no AC in the bedroom.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

it was beautifully remodeled. Perfect size and very clean. It qwas fully stocked with everything you could want and more! Only suggestion would be to have a bath mat, hand towels and a couple of washcloths in the bathroom. A small thing but would be nice! Would definatly stay there again. Allen place is beautiful place. I was looking for a cosy and quiet place and that exactly what I got. The apartments are private, you don’t have to share with anyone, cosy and comfortable. The furniture is beautiful, the matress contoures your body not forgetting the fluffy pillows. If you are looking for luxurious but affordable place, don’t hesitate book Allen’s place.
