* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have one night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Step Disclosure: There are more than 15 steps in front of the entrance. Elders with knee problems should be aware.
* AC/ Heating pump Disclosure: There are mini split AC in every room, it also works as heating as well.
House Rules and Guidelines:
• Windows & Doors: Keep windows and doors closed to prevent insects and mold. Leaving them open while the AC is on may incur a fee of up to $250. Recommend AC setting is between 72-83°F.
• Quiet Hours & Parties: Excessive noise or loud music after 9:00 PM may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
• No smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee and may lead to eviction without a refund.

We enjoyed our stay in Seattle and this property was just right for our family vacation. Please be advised- you should have a car while staying here. It was a nice quiet neighborhood- but steep driveway or many stairs… if you have a lot of luggage. <br/>I asked repeatedly if there was a spot to keep luggage after my cruise.. suggested bounce which was miles away. Instead- I paid 55.00 for an early check in-when there was obviously several places I could have dropped off my bags.(Family of 4- so several large bags after a cruise). Also- steep hills in the neighborhood to get to stores— so highly recommended having a car if you are going to stay. House was very clean and cozy. It’s not suitable for disabled persons as it is on a hill and you have to park on the street.
