*. Please note that this townhouse shared 1 wall with neighbor.
*. AC Disclosure: There are only 2 mini split AC in the house. 1 mini-split AC in the living room (2F). Another mini-split AC in the master bedroom on 3F.
*. Parking Disclosure: We have 1 designated outdoor parking spot right behind the house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

Allen was extremely responsive and furnished a complete digital "how to" overview. Having never been to Ballard before we were very pleased. The location is across from a park with leafy trees (viewed from the abundant windows and rooftop), and Allen's place is a short walk to the best retail, restaurants and bars. Although we were a bit thrown by a damage deposit, we understood the rationale once we arrived, with Allen's place being one of the best outfitted places we've stayed (Airbnb or hotel). The "Purple" brand memory foam beds were heavenly (we know the brand because we slept so well we had to look). We will definitely stay at Allen's again. Emily

We had a good stay overall. Communication with Allen was quick and he was collaborative in trying to find a solution, but the replies often felt like they were generated by AI: very general, repetitive, and sometimes asking the same questions we had already answered, which was a bit frustrating.<br/>The house itself is clean, new, and nicely decorated, which we appreciated. However, there are no curtains in the bedrooms to block out the light. Streetlights shine directly inside at night, and in the morning the sunlight wakes you up very early. This made it difficult to get a good, restful sleep.<br/>Allen did try to collaborate on finding a solution, but unfortunately our stay was too short to really implement one. With proper curtains or blackout blinds, the stay would have been much more comfortable. Excellent location in Ballard. Really enjoyed the roof deck and views. Overall very positive stay.
