* For the best experience and to help keep the hot tub in great condition, please remove makeup and rinse off any lotions or body oils before use — these can clog the pump.
* Swimming pool is only open for 4 months in a year – from June to September!
* Stairs disclosure – There are 6 steps at the entrance
* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9 pm.
* Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Allen was a great host who welcomed us for a 5-day stay for our field crew. Perfect location close to our project site. Friendly neighborhood and a great home. We're excited to stay with Allen again in the future! Great house to stay in would rent again Great place to stay in the Tacoma area. Will definitely look to stay next year when we visit. Daniel

Great location, quiet and peaceful. House was big and comfortable. Only a few minor things were not working. The fan in the living room didn't work also the fan above the stove didn't work we had to open the windows and doors so the alarm wouldn't go off cooking. Also both fireplaces in the home did not work or we weren't given instructions how to use both fireplaces 😕. The host said the owner was going to come and check on all those things and never came, we were there for a week. The jacuzzi at least worked and was nice. It's a big place that's why the price but, a few things needed attention. Other than that a great stay.
