- There are 2 portable AC units, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, the building doesn't have central AC.
Guest access
Panoramic views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound are available from the building's rooftop terrace. We have a barbecue pit with tables and chairs. Drinking wine or coffee while overlooking the water is an excellent way to spend an afternoon or evening. A great place to watch the ferries sail in and out, as well as admire the sunset.
There's also a European courtyard with fountains and hummingbirds if you're looking for some peace and quiet after all the hustle and bustle of city life and sight-seeing.
There is no charge for parking in this well-lit and well-guarded garage. The elevator will take you straight to your apartment! The availability of free or on-site parking is uncommon because it is so expensive in Seattle.
There is a swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness center, and a club room available.

*. Noise Disclosure: This building is located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Please expect some noise from the street and neighboring units. Light sleepers may consider using earplugs for a more restful experience.
*. AC Disclosure: We have 2 portable AC. One in the living room. Another one in the master bedroom. No central AC.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Amenities
Great location. Swimming pool and parking space was great. The place was clean. The place was somewhat run down with many little things working but not working well such as a toaster that doesn't have stay on, missing blinds, or outlets that work but don't hold plugs well. The air conditioners are necessary in the summer but loud. The location was great but the place needs repairs to the patio door and pocket door to bedroom 2, also AC is loud. Very close to downtown and great local restaurants. Allen was very proactive and responsive. The place felt very safe and secure. With so many good restaurants nearby we did not use the kitchen much but there was everything we needed. We will definitely consider staying again next time we visit Seattle. Allen was very responsive which was great. I didn’t love the check in process with someone giving us a tour etc. It was hectic, we had a lot of luggage and groceries to bring in. I dropped the fob down the elevator shaft trying to mange everything and keep the door open for the tour. A lot could be explained by email or the welcome brochure. The condo was clean, spacious, well stocked and the beds very comfortable. We loved the Pac-Man arcade. The guests above and next to our suite were a little on the noisy side but it wasn’t an issue at night.
