*. AC Disclosure: The are two portable AC in two bedrooms. No AC in the living room and other bedrooms. Fans are provided.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited at the premises. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

This house in Kirkland is perfect for families. Each room was very spacious, we really enjoyed the kitchen and having a dish washer. Everything was very clean, organized and beautiful. Communication was super quick and clear. Highly recommend booking!
