* AC disclosure: There is no AC in the house. Fans are provided.
* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

We had a good stay in Seattle. The house was actually much closer to downtown. Only 8 minute drive to the train station which was great. The pizza place on the corner was great. The bed in the back bedroom was very comfortable. I really slept well. The house was a good size for my family of five and my brother and his daughter showed up at the last minute but we had enough space for everyone to hang out together. We will stay here again next time Allen’s house is an excellent place to stay if you are in Seattle, close to parks, restaurants, 20 minutes from downtown, it is well equipped with everything you need, clean and with very comfortable beds to rest, and beautiful furniture and decoration that make you feel at home. 100% recommended. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very comfortable for two couples and we appreciated the convenient location for our plans in Seattle.
