We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
There are 2 cottages on the lot, Unit B is the one in the back. Both are completely private and don’t share any wall or other space.
Also, while the entire unit has no stairs/steps. There are at least 2 steps and a 10 meter walkway from parking area to the entry of the house.

Other Disclosure
*. Steps disclosure: 2 steps at the entrance, no stairs inside. This is an one floor cottage. You need to go througt the front yard to get access to the entrance.
*. AC Disclosure: 1 mini split AC in the living room, no other AC but only tower fans are provided in the bedrooms.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

The inside of house was clean, but not bright and cheerful as shown in photos. It felt damp.
But it was the yard and patio upset me. They were a mess. Plants inside and outdoors are plastic. The yard and patio are badly neglected with broken furniture, including a large overstuffed indoor chair sitting in the corner of yard, piled with rained on cushions and paper. I did not feel safe with the amount of neglect to the surroundings.
Given the pictures and the very detailed and professional communications from Allen, I was shocked by what I found. It was a mess.
I sent photos to AirBnB. They contacted Allen. He agreed to give me a full refund.
If he cleans up the yard, and removes or replaces broken patio furniture, it would be an okay place, but not a place I would choose for that price.
