*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

Children’s books and toys
The house itself was great, but not super kid friendly. The stairs were really hard for young children and there were no toys, except two stuffed animals. There was also no high chair! We loved the open rooftop and the ability to walk to many restaurants. It is also very close to the zoo. <br/>The communication with the host was a little difficult. He responded quickly with automated responses that didn’t really answer our questions. Parking in the garage and turning our car around was pretty difficult due to a very tight driveway. Our midsize SUV barely fit. Overall, it was a fun place, just a few flaws. Very clean place, and very comfortable! I look forward to staying there again!! This is a wonderful property and perfect for a family visiting the Seattle area. The home is well represented by the photos and is modern with multiple rooms and bathrooms which is a huge plus. The beds are very comfortable and there is a large bright kitchen which is super comfortable. The location is also really amazing with great restaurants within walking distance as well as a market and ice cream shops very close by. The garage space is a little bit small and we didn't try to park inside as there was plenty of street parking. The neighborhood is also quite friendly with folks often out taking walks. The dining area was also quite spacious with a open floor concept leading to the kitchen. I only wish the couches were bigger to fit the whole family for a movie. They also have washer and dryer which is super helpful. Allen (host) was also very responsive and helpful!
