Guests only have access to the basement of the house exclusively. The rental doesn't include the upper levels and it may be occupied by other guests. The shared facilities include the laundry room & detached gym in the backyard.

Other Disclosure:
*. Step Disclosure: The entrance is in the back of the house and there are few steps at the entrance.
*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests staying in the upstairs unit. You may hear some noise from time to time from upstairs.
*. AC Disclosure: Thermostat control is only available in the upper unit. However, portable heaters are provided for additional heating as needed.
*. Parking Disclosure：There is no dedicated parking for this home. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking and the space is usually quite available.
*. Shared facility: Laundry room and gym is shared with the upstairs guest.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $100 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll bring any pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation.
*. Pet policy: This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.

Amenities
Alan was a very responsive and respectful host. The place itself was nice enough, but I’d be cautious staying here long term as it is a basement, with the upper floor occasionally getting loud as they have a dog that they let out consistently early in the morning that you will hear. The amenities were nice overall, but when we first arrived the place was slightly dirty, though Alan would fix anything needed in a very reasonable time frame. Everything is just perfect and worth the price Great and quiet space! Thoroughly enjoyed my time spent there and Allen was a great host!
