*. Camera Disclosure: For security and a smooth check-in process, this property is equipped with an outdoor camera at the front door and the backyard. The device records video of the exterior entry area only. No indoor cameras are installed.
*. Step Disclosure: The entrance is in the back of the house and there are few steps at the entrance.
*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests staying in the upstairs unit. You may hear some noise from time to time from upstairs.
*. AC Disclosure: Thermostat control is only available in the upper unit. However, portable heaters are provided for additional heating as needed.
*. Parking Disclosure：There is no dedicated parking for this home. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking and the space is usually quite available.
*. Shared facility: Laundry room and gym is shared with the upstairs guest.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
*. Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $100 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll bring any pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation.
*. Pet policy: This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.

Exterior security cameras on property
Communication was great, answered all my questions throughout my stay. It’s a perfect place for an extended work stay, I’ll definitely be returning when I work in Seattle again! Allen is the best; he was extremely responsive, caring, and understanding. He seemed to be available at any time I reached out and was responsive with immediate results. Given the number of listings Allen is responsible for I would absolutely stay with this host again. 10/10 would recommend. Amazing and responsive host! Ran into some hiccups and there was never a delay. Beautiful home and felt completely private, will be saving this location for my next Seattle trip.
