* For the best experience and to help keep the hot tub in great condition, please remove makeup and rinse off any lotions or body oils before use -these can clog the pump.
* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We encourage guests not to bring any trailers or bigger trucks. Please don't park on the shared road with the neighbor.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($99.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($1,000). We had a wonderful time - its beautiful property with serene views ! Our family got together to celebrate Thanksgiving early as we all live on different coasts. This house was perfect for that. There were a few extra items that we needed for the big feast that was not in the kitchen and the host immediately had them overnighted for us. Absolutely a great place for a large group to meet and stay. The grandkids got to fish off the beach and dock and they all loved the hot tub!! Amazing Mansion! The kids loved it Beautiful yard & view w lots os space!
