Amenities
We enjoyed our time in this wonderful home- we were especially attracted to the privacy and well kept outdoor space it offered. The house is stocked with everything needed for everyday living, which was very convenient. The lower level where all the bedrooms are was nice and cool for sleeping. House is in a great location- at end of street & nearby parks are very accessible via walking if you have little ones. Allen was exceptional as a host- very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The only negative was the monthly rent was very expensive but we were on short notice to book a place due to medical relocation and we knew that having privacy and an outdoor space would be healing during our time in Seattle so that part made it worth it. Thank you for letting us stay at your house! M

Great stay!
This is a great house in a wonderful neighborhood. Close to everything. Plenty of room inside with two levels (main floor and basement). We had a very nice visit! Thank you for hosting us :) Allen's place was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. It was located in a very quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood. It was very clean and well stocked with all types of amenities in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Allen was very responsive to our questions and requests. We discovered that the AC downstairs had a dirty filter the day we arrived. Allen sent someone late that night to clean it. We greatly enjoyed staying at Allen's place and will highly recommend it! B
