* Steps disclosure: The entrance is located at the back of the house, through the backyard. Please note that there is a slope in the backyard and 3 steps at entrance.
* AC Disclosure: No AC but fans are provided.
* For the best experience and to help keep the hot tub in great condition, please remove makeup and rinse off any lotions or body oils before use — these can clog the pump.
* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

We chose this property since it is near relatives and had plenty of space to accommodate an adult, a senior, and two 12 year olds. There are steps down to access the entry at the rear of the property and steps up to the door, but they are well lighted at night and have handrails, so my 86 year old mobility limited mother was able to navigate them without too much trouble. The property is very quiet and the decor is serene and inviting. We greatly enjoyed the outside seating area and amenities. The location is adjacent to the Seattle interurban trail, and there is a delicious coffee shop and a grocery store within walking distance. The host was very responsive but also respected our privacy. Overall an excellent experience, would definitely stay again next time we visit Seattle. We had a great stay. Host was very responsive and replied quickly. We loved being able to get in the hot tub and appreciated the helpful video on how to work it. The place was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. W

Enchanting getawaz
It was wonderful and restful experience in the retreat, We had a great stay! Everything was just as described. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals for our family. Host was clear in communication. Would definitely book again!
