*. Parking Disclosure: There is no assigned parking spots. But free parking on the street is easily available.Please do not block the driveway also do not park in front of the neighbors' house.
*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests staying in the upper unit, but there are no shared spaces other than the backyard. You may hear noise from upstairs unit from time to time.
*. AC Disclosure: There is no AC in the unit. However, fans are provided. But It's pretty cool during summer in the basement!
*. Camera Disclosure:There is 1 camera at the front door.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

Amenities
We had a great stay in Allen's basement guest house. It was perfect for our family of 4 for a quick weekend trip to Seattle. Allen was super communicative and responsive, and the neighborhood is peaceful and walkable to shops on Roosevelt. We'd love to come back and stay again! Allen’s apartment was cozy and cute. It was creatively decorated and included the essentials, but kicked up a notch. There was a home work setup, but it included a sit-to-stand flex desk. The laundry situation was well-stocked. He even provided the little woolen dryer balls. The neighborhood had a little buzz during the day, with lots of people out and about gardening or walking their dogs, grabbing coffee at the neighborhood cafes. Still, it was mostly quiet at night. Coming and going was a breeze. My only suggestion to Allen is to get bigger coffee cups! The place is in a pretty, peaceful area close to public transit. It was very well decorated and the host was always responsive and helpful. The amenities included were great, and I would stay here again.
