*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. This rental includes only the daylight basement. The main and upper floors are not included and may be occupied by the owner. You may hear some noise from upstairs from time to time.
*. The entrance of the unit is in the backyard. There is a small slope and few steps in the backyard. It might be challenging for elderly.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). Amenities
We stayed 11 nights for the year-end holidays and everything went smoothly. <br/>Great location for our needs (especially seeing family) and the host was always responsive for helping us. <br/>The only inconvenience was that the light switch of the main room located inside by the hallway instead of by the entrance. One has to walk in in the dark to be able to turn on the light. Great host, Allen never disappoints. J

Great host and place to stay! parking is a little tough, but the place makes up for it. Perfect stay everything as described and would definitely return!
