Allen was a great host! Very responsive if any issues were to arise. The space was clean and comfortable, would highly recommend to others 😇 Allen's place was great. I appreciated the coffee and snacks he laid out for us. the neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. I would stay at Allen's place again. Thank you for hosting us. Surface level the place looked nice but things were not as they appeared. First, this is a house partitioned into like 5 different units. When the upstairs unit used water we could hear water moving through the pipes in our unit. Then once we settled in we noticed that the fridge had a really bad smell, bathing towel smelled of mildew, there was someone else’s water in the kettle, the towel hook was falling out of the wall, bed frame was literally on its last leg and threatened to collapse when we got in bed and the couch pull out would also collapse when weight was put on it. We attempted to contact the host and got what appeared to be automated text messages. To be fair it was also later at night when we realized the bed was unstable. We ended up vacating. A cozy place to live in, close to I5 and 405, transport is very convenient. Location is great, Costco, Nordstrom, Asian food store is within one mile. Reasonable price.
