* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Pros:<br/>Good location. Downtown Seattle is a short drive away, as are several ferries and the highway. It’s also quiet and neither neighbor made any noise after dark. Several nearby grocery store options as well. <br/>Spacious. The Airbnb has plenty of room for a large group. It’s a split level and we were able to spread out. The driveway is also very large and we easily fit a twelve passenger van in it. <br/>Clean and comfortable. The space was very clean and the linens were all soft and freshly laundered. The beds were also extremely comfortable and the blankets soft. <br/>Cons:<br/>HOT. We stayed here during the summer and, though they advertise there’s no central AC, there were only two fans in the whole house and there’s no window screens so you can’t open the windows at night to cool off lest you be eaten by bugs. Window screens are not expensive or difficult to install, and a couple extra box fans would’ve made a huge difference. For the amount we paid, I don’t think that’s too much to ask. Had a great comfortable stay! This home was perfect for a big group, lots of space and areas to hangout. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Allen mentions there is no A/C so it can get quite hot especially for a summer heatwave weekend. Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay! Allen’s communication and attentiveness was awesome. He was very hospitable and made us feel welcome. Place was perfect for our group. Would recommend to all! This place was so spacious, room for everyone, clean, great neighborhood. When we had a question we reached out to our host who responded right away. This house has everything, even a washer n dryer. We came out to Seattle from Los Angeles for my nieces Quinceañera event. First time in Washington and we absolutely loved it! Especially our air bnb
The only negative thing we had today about our stay is take quick showers cuz the hot water only lasts about 20-30 mins and we were a family of 6. Some of us had to take cold showers the first couple of days. But then we just had the kids shower at night and the adults in the morning. Other than the hot water situation everything else was perfect. Still give it 5 stars. Amazing place! Would love to come back and stay there again.
