*. Stairs Disclosure: The property features one flight of stairs at the entrance leading to the main level, which includes bedrooms and a full bathroom. This may not be suitable for guests with concerns of climbing stairs.
*. AC Disclosure: Bedrooms 1 and 2 are equipped with window air conditioning units. There is no air conditioning in the living room and basement.
*. Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcomed at $100 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll bring any pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation. Maximum 2 pets and 30lbs /each.
*. Pet policy: This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Close to the University of Washington, and across the street from a playground and park with lots of walking/hiking. It was a dream location for what we needed. The house was nice, so much coffee available. The house could use a deep clean, especially in the kitchen. There were splatters and debris in the cabinets. The two places that really matter to me are the bedrooms and bathroom, and those felt clean. <br/>Two things could be improved on with regard to Airbnb: <br/>1. Airbnb should be a one-stop-shop for booking. I find the use of other apps and other services for check in disorienting as it seems that every Airbnb host uses something different.<br/>2. Minimize the use of AI or ChatGPT. All interactions with the host should be fully personal and not automated. Great neighborhood for a Seattle stay (or in our case an extension of accommodations during a Seattle children's hospital stay). The house was perhaps a bit less polished than the photos suggested but was extremely clean and perfectly comfortable. Park across the street and kind neighbors were a bonus and the house had all of the basics. There were a few quirks/missing items for our longer stay and I'll let the host know on these (simple things like needing a dish towel, a garbage can in the bathroom, a couple of cleaning supplies) but all of the bare essentials were there. With a few more updates and comforts I would give this 5stars but it was a solid stay with a good host and clear communication. We had family in town for the holidays, and Allen's space was Perfect for all of us! It's in an amazing location in the city - clean, cute, and so peaceful. <br/>We had an amazing week making memories! ☺️ Great location and great house. Highly recommend!
