*. Stairs Disclosure: The property features one flight of stairs at the entrance leading to the main level, which includes bedrooms and a full bathroom. This may not be suitable for guests with concerns of climbing stairs.
*. AC Disclosure: Bedrooms 1 and 2 are equipped with window air conditioning units. There is no air conditioning in the living room and basement.
*. Pet fee: 2 dogs max (30 lbs each), no cats. Only Well-trained pets are welcome at $100 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll bring any pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation.
*. Pet policy: This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

We had a great stay at Allen's place. The home itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The Neighborhood was great, right across from the park and we got to enjoy some sun and nice weather outside on the front patio. N

Clean but old
Property was clean enough but aggressive use of fabreeze. Basement clean but musty smelling. Comfortable beds. We've stayed several weeks, and we love this house and location. This is our second stay at this house, and we love it!
