*. Step Disclosure: There are 8 steps at the entrance, but please note this is a 3-story townhouse, so guests have to be comfortable climbing stairs.
*. Parking Disclosure: There is one assigned outdoor parking space at the back of the house. Street parking is available; it is limited to 2 hours free parking each time.
*. AC Disclosure: There are 2 Mini-split AC units in the house. One in the living room, another one in the Master bedroom on the 3F. There are 2 portable AC in the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day. View More
Amenities
Excellent, well-maintained, and comfortable townhome in a great location with nice views from the rooftop patio. We enjoyed our stay! Sweet home, loved having the private sauna after a long day out in Seattle. Spacious and beautiful with great views of the skyline and harbor. Walking distance to nice resturants and close to all local attractions. Would definitely recommend!
