*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests staying in the basement unit, but there are no shared spaces. There is a door that connects the upstairs and the downstairs unit, which remains locked and it's only unlocked for guests who book the whole house.
*. Step Disclosure：There is no step at the entrance. All Bedrooms and Living Room are on the Same Floor.
*. Parking Disclosure：Guests could Park 2-3 Cars on the Driveway. Free Street Parking is also Available
*. AC Disclosure：The unit features 1 mini-split AC in the living room. There is no AC in the bedrooms. Fans are provided.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*.Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). We checked into our Airbnb early because we payed the fee. We showed & once getting in the place was completely trashed & it had a strong and intense smell of rotten food. Absolutely terrible, words can’t even describe how awful it was. When we called and spoke to the “host” which was just a person on his “team” she told us we could leave our luggage inside the dirty house and wait 3 hours later for the cleaning team to clean the house. With reservations booked we would have missed everything. The “solution” they gave us was to get another airbnb across the city and for $700, with a “refund” that would take 10 days to show. Can’t forget the part on where the previous dirty guests NEVER left the property. They wanted us to leave our belongings in a place where the previous owners WERE STILL AT! Completely irresponsible and unprofessional experience. We traveled all the way from Texas to Seattle and were completely disappointed. Hopefully this serves as a learning experience. Christie

We chose this home because it is single-story, which was ideal for traveling with my 80-year-old mother. The house itself was clean and acceptable, but several issues impacted our stay.<br/>(1) Although I booked through Airbnb, the host also used a secondary rental app for communication, which was confusing and uncomfortable. I requested that the heat be turned on prior to our after-midnight arrival due to cold weather, but received only generic instructions instead. (2) When we arrived, there was a pile of garbage and items left in the driveway, which was unsightly. The home was also lacking basic supplies (only one hand towel in the kitchen and bathroom, no washcloths, and just half a roll of paper towels). (3) Most frustrating was a smoke alarm low-battery beep that continued all night. I contacted the host the next morning; while the garbage was removed, the other issues were not addressed and the beeping continued. Extremely frustrating.
