*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
Other Disclosure
*. Steps disclosure: This is a 4 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 4 stories.
*. AC Disclosure: 1 window AC on top floor in the master bedroom. 1 window AC on the 2nd floor in the living room. No AC but only tower fans in other bedrooms.
*. Garage parking: Garage parking is rare in downtown Seattle. However, only a compact size of car could fit in the garage. Big size car can't fit.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Great stay
The place is in a great location, walkable to many things. It is comfortable, clean and roomy. Overall great space to stay at. One thing to note is that there is no AC however there are wall units. Although it was listed in the description this was something I missed so no fault to Allen. It was a bit hot our first night as all the windows were closed but once we opened everything, it did cool down.<br/>There are also no doors to any of the rooms so that was a surprise to us but we made it work. There is also a garage available to park in however it is very small and our Nissan Altima did not fit so we had to park in the street. Street parking was very much a hassle after 6 pm.<br/>Other than those things, overall great and close to all major attractions. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a fabulous location to walk to our top destinations and easily accessible for a morning run. It had all the amenities we needed and a cozy space to hang out in. Allen Lu responded quickly and communicated throughout and gave clear instructions to make it an easy stay. I will definitely book again when I visit Seattle. We really enjoyed our stay, the host was very friendly and the house was nice and clean.
