The home is separated into lower unit (A) and upper unit (B). Each unit ensures top-notch privacy with a shared front entrance leading to secure, individual entrances for each unit.
Unit B (upper unit) is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. There is no access to the garage but there are 2-3 assigned outdoor parking spots.

Great location
Easy walk to restaurants and parks as well as an easy drive to Seattle. Nice washer/dryer with all you need for laundry. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. There is also a public turf soccer field that my boys enjoyed right next to the house. A

Was not as up to date/renovated as it seemed in photos...woild be really great if it was. Great location and property, but needs a better property management, who can maintain less confusing and less overwhelming communications, especially when our families were staying for a wedding. We got a message way before our trip saying it was nice hosting us, which was obviously a message meant for another guest who stayed prior? Four hours before our check-in time, I was messaged and called multiple times by the property manager checking if I was already at the property for no reason. Later we were asked again to coordinate with their carpet cleaning schedule, which we initially tried among many other wedding obligations, but turned out to be disruptive and complicated thus respectfully declined. On the same day, we were asked to change the lock battery, which didn’t necessarily need to involve us. We got another message two hours before check-out asking if we already left, feeling rushed. If you want communicative host but also peaceful stay, I would not recommend this place.
