* This is unit 1 of the duplex, the other unit is not included with the rental and may be occupied. One side of wall is shared.
* AC Disclosure: 3 mini split AC in living room and both bedrooms.
* Step Disclosure: Single floor townhome. 1 step at the entrance.
* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

This property was on balance, good value and fine for a few nights. <br/>That said, it's worth noting that while it was very clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were fairly dated. Also - we were never able to access the garage at all. I raised this with Allen and he was unable to assist (telling me that 'the switch is in the garage', then directing me to a switch with tape on it that didn't do anything). <br/>Further, even if we could have been able to use the garage, you definitely couldn't fit two cars in there. There's all sorts of junk (boxes, a dryer and 5(!) washing machines). For that reason, while this place was fine, it was nothing amazing and the garage issue hampered our stay slightly. Cynthia

This lodging was pretty good. Inside mostly met expectations. I really liked the bed, super comfortable. The arcade cabinet in the corner of the living room was very neat.<br/>The garage door didn’t work when we showed up so we couldn’t use the advertised garage. We did receive instructions 2 hrs after check in that said the garage had stuff in it and to be careful when backing in. The garage with stuff in it was not big enough for my Tacoma. <br/>The owner was responsive to come out and fix the garage door but for outside circumstances we had to leave before it was fixed.<br/>The owner and his maintenance people were communicative (to a fault), I received multiple messages and phone calls about the garage door after I checked out. I did not appreciate this, but they were very apologetic about the mistake.<br/>My wife teleworked the one day we were there and she reported lots of air planes flying overhead (and lots of noise). Probably not an issue if you’re here for vacation. Austin

Great place for a couple night stay due to a sewer problem. It was super easy to get booked last minute and was able to get in with a two hour notice. Really great clear instructions. Would book again in a pinch.
