* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

Our family stayed here on our visit to the Seattle area. The place worked well for our family of 4! The boys loved the pac man arcade! We felt right at home at Allen’s place. He was incredibly responsive from booking through checkout. When I reached out about a couple of minor issues—like a missing broom—he responded immediately and had one delivered promptly. The unit was well stocked, and the kiddos enjoyed the Pac-Man game console. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Allen again! beautiful home, perfect for a getaway The place was exactly how it was described. I was able to take runs in the neighborhood every morning and take in all the beautiful views. The kids had a blast playing the arcade game. The only downfall was the couch in the living room is small and there are no screens on any of the windows so you can’t leave the slider or a window open to let in fresh air. Overall this was a great find and I would stay here again.
