* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* There is one parking spot in the garage. It could fit a mid-sized SUV; but might be tight for bigger cars. Free street parking is easily available nearby.

*. Steps disclosure: This is a 3 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 3 stories.
*. AC Disclosure: No AC but only tower fans are provided in the house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

Great stay at Allen’s place. Tons of street parking, very spacious home, and great access to all the major Seattle roadways. It was very easy to get around town and even get out of Seattle for some sightseeing. Will certainly stay again! Nice place definitely recommend Allen was very hospitable and a great communicator! He provided a house manual to make things easier during our stay. I referred to it a few times! He was always quick to reply. We slept comfortably and were even able to enjoy a few rounds of Uno. He provided some board games! I would recommend this home. The only thing I would suggest for future guests, if they’re renting a car, is to rent a sedan or smaller SUV. We rented a mid-sized SUV. The garage is a little narrow. We were able to fit the SUV but it we took a few minutes to maneuver it around. (There is also outside parking available.) <br/>Thank you for your hospitality Allen! Worked out perfect for attending a graduation at udub.
