* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* There is one parking spot in the garage. It could fit a mid-sized SUV; but might be tight for bigger cars. Free street parking is easily available nearby.

*. Steps disclosure: This is a 3 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 3 stories.
*. AC Disclosure: No AC but only tower fans are provided in the house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

There was a lot of construction next to the place but the noise was pretty easy to live with. I was glad it was in the 60's because with the windows closed it was fine. <br/>Otherwise the place was very comfortable and well provisioned, spacious and in an ideal location. 👌 Kasanita

We checked in after midnight. I had a Dr. appointment early next morning which was 3 minutes drive away. Even with major construction in the area, we had no issues getting in and out. We only stayed overnight. <br/>Comfortable beds. En-suite bathrooms a huge plus. It was a warm October night, cracked the windows open and that helped cool the house down.<br/>Thank you Allen.
